CUSTOMER SERVICE
With your happiness as our priority, PHD Salon provides guests with the highest standards of service and personal care. Due to this, we offer a 100% guarantee on all services within the first two weeks after they have been performed. Corrective color may require more than one service to achieve the desired result, but your stylist will determine all guarantees. PHD would also like to thank you for giving us the opportunity to serve you. We greatly appreciate the trust you have placed in us and would like to personally thank you for being a part of our family.
CHILD CARE
At PHD Salon we gladly welcome children, but due to numerous safety conditions we ask that children not receiving services please remain in the waiting area. Adult supervision is required and under no circumstances are children permitted in the treatment areas or treatment rooms unless they are receiving services. Thank you for your understanding.
CANCELLATIONS
In the event that you need to cancel your scheduled appointment with us, we ask that you please cancel at least 24 hours in advance in order to accommodate the needs of other clients. Let us know about any cancellations by reaching us at (401) 596-3200 or by email at info@phdri.com.
PAYMENT
We accept Discover, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
We accept personal checks ($25.00 fee on returned checks).
